Estimate the landed cost of a U.S. import
Estimate the landed cost of a U.S. import
Search the live U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule, then stack every duty that applies — base (MFN) duty, Section 301, Section 232 metals, the auto tariff, and the Section 122 baseline — plus federal entry fees.

Type a product name to search the USITC schedule, or paste a full 10-digit HTS code.

Bulk landed cost from a commercial invoice or PO
Upload a commercial invoice or purchase order (PDF, Word, Excel, or CSV) and we extract the line items, classify each SKU's duty exposure, and roll landed cost up to the PO total. Toggle the Section 122 cliff to see whole-book exposure on either side of the July 24, 2026 expiry — this is the leverage Flexport's single-line calculator cannot give you.

Line items
Review and edit the extracted line items, then run the landed cost. Country and HTS code are required per row; entries missing them are flagged.
Estimates only. Per-SKU duty math runs against the live USITC schedule and your Anthropic key parses the invoice; classification and rate accuracy should be confirmed with a licensed customs broker before any commitment to a buyer.
HTS Classifier — describe the product, get candidate codes
Describe your product and our AI classifier returns three to five candidate HTS classifications, each with a 1–10 confidence score and a one- or two-sentence rationale. Every candidate is screened against our snapshot of active U.S. anti-dumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) orders so a high-risk classification doesn't surprise you at entry. Use this as triage; Vector can file a binding ruling request with CBP for any high-value or borderline case.

Returns up to five candidate codes ranked by confidence, with an AD/CVD risk flag per candidate.

Need a binding classification?
A Vector customs broker can validate the candidates, gather the supporting documentation, and file a binding ruling request with CBP so you're protected at entry. Especially worth doing if any AD/CVD flag fired or if multiple candidates have similar confidence.
Confidence scores are an LLM judgment, not a binding determination. AD/CVD flags reflect a point-in-time snapshot of active U.S. Commerce orders — verify each at access.trade.gov before relying on it. Confirm any classification with a licensed customs broker before filing an entry.
Recovery — what money is sitting in past entries?
Two ways in. Single entry checks seven refund pathways for one customs entry and tells you which mechanisms apply. Bulk analysis takes a CSV of past entries and walks every row through duty audit, IEEPA refund sizing, Section 301 exclusion screening and USMCA post-entry checks — with a $-rolled rollup of what's recoverable. Vector files the claims so the recovery comes directly to you; we do not buy refunds.

Search CBP CROSS rulings
Search the official CBP Customs Rulings Online Search System (rulings.cbp.gov) and our AI helper ranks the results by how well they match your product or question. Use these as research — every CBP ruling is binding only on the specific entry it covers. A Vector customs broker can validate whether the precedent applies to your case.

Need help interpreting these rulings?
CBP rulings are fact-specific. A Vector customs broker can review the rulings you found, evaluate whether the precedent applies to your goods, and help you file a binding ruling request of your own.
CBP rulings are binding only on the specific entry they cover. The Claude relevance scores shown here are research aids, not legal advice.
